Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the flashy.online website (the "Service") operated by Flashy ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Credit System and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each CV analysis consumes one (1) credit from your account balance. New users receive 3 free credits upon account creation.

You may purchase additional credits through one-time payments. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process credit purchases. We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payment transactions. We do not store your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Stripe whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Credit usage is tracked per analysis. Anonymous users must create an account before performing their first analysis. Device fingerprinting may be used to prevent abuse of free credit limits.

Referral Program

Registered users may participate in our referral program by sharing their unique referral link. When a new user creates an account using your referral link, you will receive 10 credits as a reward.

Referral program terms:

• Only new users who have never registered before qualify as referrals
• Self-referrals are prohibited and will void any associated credits
• Users cannot refer themselves using multiple accounts or devices
• Referral credits are awarded automatically upon successful account creation
• We reserve the right to void referral credits if abuse is detected
• The referral program may be modified or discontinued at any time

Content and Data Processing

By uploading CV/resume content and job descriptions to our Service, you grant us the right to process, analyze, and store this content to provide our services. This includes:

• Analyzing your CV content against job requirements
• Storing CV versions for historical comparison and improvement tracking
• Using aggregated, anonymized data to improve our analysis algorithms
• Generating recommendations and suggestions based on your content

You retain ownership of your CV content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and process any content you submit to our Service.

Usage Limits and Fair Use

To ensure fair access and prevent abuse, we implement the following usage limits:

• Rate limiting may apply to prevent automated or excessive usage
• Anonymous users are limited in their usage before account creation is required
• Device fingerprinting may be used to enforce limits across sessions
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate fair use policies

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or scripts to access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through technical means
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credit offerings
• Share account credentials with others

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hey@flashy.online. Upon account termination:

• Unused credits will be forfeited and cannot be refunded
• Your CV content and analysis history will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
• You may request deletion of your personal data, including CV content
• Some data may be retained for legal, accounting, or security purposes

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flashy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Flashy.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Flashy.

Flashy has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Flashy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
